As a candidate, you agree to:

  • Upload only genuine documents for verification
  • Not attempt to manipulate or game the verification process
  • Complete AI interviews honestly without assistance or impersonation

Falsifying information may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Employer Responsibilities

Employers using Probexo agree to use candidate data solely for legitimate hiring purposes and to comply with all applicable employment and data protection laws in their jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, algorithms, scoring systems, and branding are the exclusive property of Probexo. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Probexo provides verification services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee employment outcomes and are not liable for hiring decisions made by employers based on our platform data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform.
